Since our beginnings in Europe in the early 1970's, Griffith Foods has been developing and supplying seasonings for poultry, seafood and a variety of meats to bring flavour and excitement to our customers’ brands. We leverage this expertise by producing customized coating systems with varying levels of granulation, colour and flavour that bring differentiation and innovation to match our customers’ needs. There is no limit to what we can incorporate into these products because of our unique and patented processing, enabling us to incorporate high solids into our baked products such as salt, sugar or spices.

Oil Marinade is a unique way to differentiate us in the market, this great product adds bold colour, shiny visuals, flavour and sheen to a variety of products. We offer a non-hydrogenated and palm-free stabilised oil product that can be applied to a variety of cooked or uncooked products, such as poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables, potatoes, pasta, breads and pizza.
